Care Instructions & Tips

To keep your hair extensions in the best condition possible you should look after them.

They are a valuable accessory to your look and really quite easy to maintain. All you need to know is a few basic care instructions as outlined below:

• Wash your hair every 7 to 10 days with products formulated for Caucasian hair. Keep your hair clean as hair tangles when dirt and sweat builds up.

• Use a nourishing conditioner or mask after shampooing.

• Make sure products are rinsed out of the hair thoroughly.

• Dry hair with a hairdryer on a medium heat setting.

• DO NOT use ANY products containing oil, such as oil sheen sprays, etc.

• For straight and wavy textures, you should brush your hair with a paddle brush at least once a day.

If you want to use a product to add shine to the hair we suggest using a water based silicone serum such as the one we stock. Other than that we do not recommend using any other styling products on straight or wavy textures.

Please keep in mind that a curly texture needs extra maintenance and wouldn’t be handled in the same manner as straight or wavy textures.
